About

Founded in 2004 by the Hanoi Mathematical Society, the competition was established to identify young mathematical talent while encouraging higher logical thinking and problem-solving skills in English. The event expanded nationwide in 2013 and opened to international teams in 2018 to strengthen global friendships and mutual understanding between students from Vietnam and abroad.

Participants experience a multi-day schedule that pairs rigorous individual and collaborative team tests with city sightseeing tours and educational seminars. Beyond the academic challenges, students engage in a cultural gala where they advocate for international respect by performing music or presentations featuring their nation's heritage.
